Lynca Meats Occupational Training Programme – Youth Skills Development for 2025

Lynca Meats invites unemployed youth to join its Occupational Training Programme for 2025. Gain essential skills and hands-on experience in the food industry!
Minimum Requirements:
To ensure that the programme is accessible to young people who are ready to take the first step in their professional journey, we have outlined a few minimum requirements:
- N2 with a Pass in All 4 Subjects: If you have completed an N2 qualification and passed all four subjects, you are eligible to apply.
- NCV Level 2-4 or Grade 9: If you have completed the National Certificate Vocational (NCV) Level 2-4 or have a Grade 9 certificate, you can also apply for this fantastic opportunity. We are looking for candidates who are passionate and motivated to learn.
- Mathematics & Physical Science with a 50% Pass: For those who have completed their studies up to Grade 9, a pass in Mathematics and Physical Science (with at least 50%) is required.
- Relevant Technical Subjects: For applicants with a Grade 9 qualification, a 50% pass in relevant technical subjects is important to ensure you are ready to take on the technical aspects of the programme.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time of applying. This ensures that the programme is open to young people ready to transition into the workforce.
