What Will You Be Doing?
During the learnership, your daily tasks will be focused on delivering top-notch customer service and gaining valuable experience across various areas of the customer service function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and providing them with the highest level of service. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving complaints, or guiding customers through their orders, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- Order Processing: You will capture customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all orders are processed in line with company standards. You will need to manage customer accounts, address any concerns, and communicate order-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Promote Clover Products: As part of the role, you will also be responsible for promoting Clover and its product offerings. You’ll be trained to confidently sell Clover’s products and services to customers, offering them new or additional products while highlighting features and special promotions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, working together to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional service. Team meetings and teamwork will be central to your daily work as you support one another to reach shared objectives.
- Visual Management: In addition to customer interaction, you will be responsible for managing and organizing visual information, which could include data dashboards or tracking systems, ensuring that everything is up to date and accessible for your team.
Who Should Apply?
Clover is looking for passionate, motivated, and committed individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the customer service field. To be considered for the Learnership, you should meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Recent Matriculants: Applicants who have completed their Grade 12 (Matric) between 2020 and 2024 are eligible to apply.
- Academic Performance: A minimum average of 60% in English and Mathematics or Maths Literacy is required.
- Computer Literacy: Applicants must be computer literate at an advanced level. Experience with various software programs and systems will be an advantage.
- Unemployed Status: You must be currently unemployed and seeking opportunities to build your career.
- No Prior Learnership Experience: Applicants must not have previously participated in a learnership program.
- Location Preference: Applicants from the West Rand and surrounding areas will be considered advantageous due to proximity to the Roodepoort office.
