RCL Foods, a leader in South Africa’s food manufacturing industry, is offering two exceptional apprenticeship opportunities for aspiring Fitter & Turners at our Baking Division in Krugersdorp, Gauteng. This structured program combines hands-on training with theoretical learning, leading to a nationally recognized qualification in mechanical engineering.

Program Highlights:

Position Details:

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate (mandatory)
  • N3 qualification (minimum requirement)
  • Preferred: N4 to N6 technical qualification
  • Required N3 subjects:

  • Industrial Electronics
  • Electrical Trade Theory/Electrotechnology
  • Fitting & Machining/Mechanical Technology

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of industrial safety standards
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Valid EB/Code 8 driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime
