Minimum Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
  • Grade 10 with 3–5 years’ security experience, or

Key Responsibilities

  Escort patients, visitors, and contractors when needed. Help restrain aggressive or non-compliant patients if required, always with care and professionalism.
• Asset Protection:
  Safeguard hospital property, including medical equipment, documents, and supplies.
• Queue and Crowd Control:
  Maintain order in high-traffic areas such as clinics and reception areas.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  Implement security policies and procedures in line with departmental standards. Complete daily incident and patrol reports accurately.
