Key Responsibilities:
- Food and Beverage Services:
- Assist in planning and organizing the food and beverage services to meet customer expectations.
- Develop and execute catering plans that align with the business objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality food production and service in a timely manner.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver catering services that exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of food production and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Daily Operations:
- Liaise with the Supervisor to understand the daily functions and priorities.
- Communicate related specifications and requirements for daily operations.
- Ensure all catering services are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide efficient administrative support through careful planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
- Quality and Compliance Standards:
- Support and adhere to quality and compliance standards in all business processes.
- Ensure safe working conditions by complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHACT).
- Identify and control potential hazards (HACCAP) and maintain cleanliness through the practice of “clean as you go.”
- Properly use and manage chemicals and other cleaning agents.
- Personal Development:
- Take responsibility for your own development to increase your competencies.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Entry Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in catering or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
General Duties:
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.
- Finish all necessary mandatory and service training.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
- Participate in regular appraisals and personal development reviews.
- Remain current with the latest Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Cooperate fully in the introduction of any new technology and methods.
