About the Role
As a Hospitality Assistant, your duties will include:
- Assisting with food preparation and service for catered events, ensuring that every dish is presented to perfection and every guest is satisfied.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Performing general ad-hoc kitchen duties, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining equipment, to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality industry, where you have honed your skills in customer service, food preparation, and event management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- A valid driver’s license would be an advantage, as you may be required to transport goods or equipment from time to time.
- The ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential, as our events often take place outside of regular business hours.
