Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 (National Certificate)
- Special Licenses: For positions such as Forklift or Reach Truck Driver, a valid Forklift or Reach Truck license is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Availability: Willingness to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays as required.

Role-Specific Duties and Responsibilities

- General Worker
- Handle overstocked, damaged, and short-dated items, ensuring they are promptly returned to the DC.
- Assist with various general warehouse tasks as needed.
- Picker
- Accurately pick and assemble stock based on picking slips, ensuring that stores receive the correct items in the right quantities.
- Cycle Counter
- Conduct regular counts of stock to keep inventory records accurate and up-to-date.
- Forklift Driver
- Move pallets around the warehouse, load and unload trucks, and effectively stack goods. This position requires a forklift licence.
- Reach Truck Driver
- Operate a reach truck to place pallets on high racks, maximizing storage space. A Reach Truck license is required.
- Auditor
- Verify stock counts, inspect items for damages, and ensure that expiry dates are accurate before dispatching stock to stores.
- Combiner
- Combine various stock items on pallets, shrink-wrap them for security, and prepare them for safe delivery to stores.
