Job Title: Retail Security Officer (Mpumalanga)
We are currently hiring multiple Retail Security Officers for various retail sites across Mpumalanga. This role is ideal for individuals who are vigilant, physically fit, reliable, and possess a deep understanding of how to maintain order in busy retail environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail security.
- 30 years of age or older.
- Located in Mpumalanga or willing to relocate at own cost.
- PSIRA Grade C
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent physical condition and alertness.
- Ability to follow instructions, write incident reports, and act decisively.
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Security Officer, you will:
- Monitor and patrol assigned retail areas.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity.
- Report incidents and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers and provide a reassuring security presence.
- Manage entry and exit points.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when required.
