Discover Graduate Programme
The Discover Graduate Programme is a unique, permanent employment opportunity designed to nurture future leaders. This two-year programme combines extensive skills training with hands-on job experience, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of our business. Starting on 1st February 2025, the programme is open to those who have completed their undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:
- After finishing their courses, they have less than two years of work experience.
- 26 years old or younger.
- South African Citizen by birth or naturalisation, or a permanent resident. Citizens from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Minimum 65% aggregate in your most recent academic results.
- B-degree (B-Com, BSc, B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) in specific areas like Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, or Information Systems/Information Technology.
Internship Programme
The Vodacom Internship Programme offers a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to provide meaningful work experience. This programme is a stepping stone to the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or potential permanent roles within the company. The commencement dates are February 1st and March 1st, 2025.
