What You’ll Do
As an Unemployed Learner, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the production line runs smoothly and safely, delivering high-quality packed products to our consumers. Here’s a deeper look into your key responsibilities:
- General Operations: You will assist with general line operations, helping to prepare and maintain equipment according to planned requirements. This includes carrying out essential cleaning duties to ensure our workspace meets safety and quality standards.
- Pre-Start-Up Checks: Before each production run, you’ll conduct checks to confirm that the area is clean and all equipment is functioning safely. This is vital for maintaining our high safety and quality standards.
- Quality Monitoring: Keeping an eye on product quality is essential. You’ll be trained to monitor products against established standards and report any discrepancies, ensuring we only deliver the best to our customers.
- Emergency Action: If you notice any process abnormalities, you’ll be expected to act quickly and efficiently to prevent potential issues. Your proactive approach will be key in maintaining smooth operations.
- Eco-Friendly Practices: We are dedicated to sustainability. As part of your role, you’ll contribute to creating an eco-efficient environment by adhering to cleaning standards and ensuring the responsible use of materials.
- Material Preparation: You’ll help check and prepare raw materials needed for production. This hands-on experience will deepen your understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Safety First: Safety is our top priority. You’ll learn how to maintain a safe working environment not only for yourself but also for your colleagues.
- Physical Requirements: The role may involve lifting packaged products, so good physical condition and stamina are important. You’ll gain practical skills that will serve you well throughout your career.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: A completed Matric (with Maths & Physical Science) or an N3 in Engineering Studies is essential.
- Commitment: A genuine eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is key in our team environment, and we value those who can convey ideas clearly and collaborate with others.
- Physical Capability: You should be able to handle physical tasks related to lifting and moving products safely.
