Who Should Apply?
- Be between 18 and 28 years old – This programme is designed for young, energetic individuals ready to start their careers.
- Have a Matric certificate (preferred) – While not mandatory, it boosts your chances.
- Be available for a full-time, 12-month contract (April 2025 – March 2026).
- Not have permanent work experience (You should not have been employed full-time by one employer for more than a year).
- Not be studying full-time during the contract period.
- Not have participated in the YES programme before – We want to give first-time applicants a fair chance.
- Be able to manage your own transport and accommodation (if applicable).
Additional consideration: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
