What You’ll Do as a Call Centre Agent
As a Call Centre Agent at Pedros, your responsibilities will go beyond simply picking up calls. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and accurate order placements. Here’s what your typical day might include:

- Professionally receive incoming calls from customers
- Address delivery timelines and collection protocols

3. Providing Menu Information and Recommendations

- Communicate any order changes with the respective store efficiently
