SSGH Holdings Requirements:
- PSIRA Grade C Certification: This is essential to demonstrate your professionalism and adherence to industry standards.
- Minimum Education: Grade 10 completion is required, ensuring you have a foundational level of education.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are crucial. You’ll be interacting with a diverse team and must effectively convey information.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work various shifts, adapting to the needs of our operations.
- Residency: Applicants must either reside in the area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of mining security operations. Your role is critical in ensuring that all security protocols are followed meticulously.
- Physical Security Deployment: Oversee the deployment of physical security measures to protect the premises and personnel.
- Compliance with Mine Health and Safety Act: Adherence to safety regulations is paramount, and you will play a significant role in ensuring compliance.
