Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for a Sasol learnership, you must have:

An equivalent degree, such as a National Senior Certificate (Matric), with accomplishments in:

  • Technical Mathematics / Mathematics
  • English / Business English
  • Technical Science / Physical Science

Meeting these requirements allows you to apply, but selection is competitive. We look for motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a passion for their chosen field.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
  • Successful interviewees will undergo psychometric assessments.
  • Final candidates will complete background checks, including:
    • Medical Fitness Test
    • Security Clearance
    • Qualification Verification
  1. Final Decision
  • Successful applicants will receive an official offer.
  • If not selected, you’ll receive a regret notification but can reapply for future intakes.
