- Educational Background: A completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science as subjects. These foundational subjects are crucial for understanding the technical aspects of the production process.

- Citizenship: Applicants must be South African citizens to qualify for this learnership.

- Employment Status: We are looking for individuals who are currently unemployed and have not previously participated in a learnership program. This opportunity is aimed at those who are seeking their first step into the industry.
