Your Role as a Finance Intern
Are you eager to gain a fresh perspective on the finance function? If so, you’re in the right place. As a Finance Intern at P&G, you’ll have the opportunity to gain invaluable insights into the workings of a leading consumer goods company.
In this role, you will join one of our multifunctional teams, collaborating with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Analytics. You will be actively involved in our business development and decision-making processes, gaining exposure to contemporary issues such as rapidly growing channels (e.g., discounters, e-commerce), competition, and customer realities.
From your first day, you will be assigned an independent project, for which you will take full responsibility. The projects you might work on are diverse and can include:
- Analyzing Key Competitors: Conducting thorough analyses to understand our competitors and identify opportunities for P&G.
- New Product Launches: Assisting with the planning and execution of new product launches to ensure successful market entry.
- Cost Competitiveness: Enhancing cost competitiveness for our manufacturing activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Qualifications
- Currently Enrolled Student: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Post-Graduate program at a university.
- Natural Leader: Demonstrated leadership and a passion for making things happen, evidenced by your academic and non-academic achievements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
- Autonomous Worker: Capability to work independently while showcasing your leadership and innovative spirit.
- Language and Technical Skills: Proficient in English and familiar with Microsoft Office.
