As part of our commitment to harnessing data as a vital business asset, we are seeking a graduate to help implement the Plennegy Group Data strategy. This strategy encompasses the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of data to support business objectives. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of our data, ultimately boosting business confidence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Creation
- Generate new master data records in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and utilize company standard source documents.
- Ensure digital and ERP filing of source document information is completed accurately.
Data Maintenance
- Update existing master data records following SOP and company standard source documents.
- Complete digital and ERP filing of source document information diligently.
Data Retirement
- Retire outdated master data records using SOP and company standard source documents.
- Accurately file retired data in digital and ERP systems.
Management & Resolution
- Update and manage the Query Management System, ensuring all queries from business users are resolved within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with business users, staff, colleagues, and management.
- Exhibit a strong willingness to operate effectively within a team environment.
Project Work
- Assist with sourcing, collecting, capturing, and scrubbing data.
- Support various ERP or ad-hoc projects approved by the Business Improvement and Master Data teams.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the necessary skills:
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma in any field.
- Ideal qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- A keen interest and passion for master data management.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a data capturer or in a role involving data updates is advantageous.
