About the Role
As a Courier Driver at Pepkor Lifestyle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our packages and parcels reach their destinations safely and on time. Your responsibilities will go beyond just driving; you will be an ambassador for our brand, representing our commitment to customer satisfaction with every delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely Deliveries: Your primary duty will be to transport packages to customers, stores, service centers, and designated drop-off points. You will ensure that each delivery is accompanied by the necessary documentation and that all stock is accounted for.
- Return of Stock: You’ll also be responsible for returning any undelivered stock to the service center. This includes managing pick-ups and ensuring that any incorrectly loaded stock is returned appropriately.
- Stock and Vehicle Care: Taking responsibility for the stock, vehicle, and any equipment entrusted to you is essential. You will ensure that everything is maintained in excellent condition and that safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Customer Interaction: Exceptional customer service is key. You will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Self-Management and Teamwork: You’ll need to effectively manage your time and tasks, ensuring that you can work independently while also being a supportive team member when needed.

Qualifications
- A Grade 12 certificate.
