About the Role

As a Vehicle Driver, you will be at the forefront of NWK’s delivery operations in Mareetsane. Your primary responsibility will be delivering goods to customers safely and on time. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our storeroom, helping us keep everything running smoothly.

This role is more than just driving; it’s about being the face of NWK to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Loading, transporting, and unloading goods: Safely load items into your vehicle, transport them to customers, and assist with unloading when needed. You will handle a variety of items, so careful handling and an eye for detail are essential.
  • Storeroom organization and maintenance: Besides driving, you’ll help keep our storeroom organized and tidy. This includes arranging goods, ensuring stock is in its proper place, and helping with inventory management.
  • Stock control and tracking: You’ll assist with stock control, making sure items are accounted for and that records are accurate. This will help prevent shortages and ensure our customers get what they need when they need it.
  • Administrative tasks: Some paperwork and administrative duties may be required, such as keeping delivery logs and updating inventory records. These tasks are essential for keeping our operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Grade 12 Certificate: This qualification is a must as it shows your commitment to education and readiness for the job.
  • Valid C1 Code Driver’s License: This role requires a driver’s license specific to the vehicle type you’ll be handling.
  • Professional Driving Permit (PDP): A PDP is required to legally transport goods and perform your duties effectively.
  • Relevant Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage. We value individuals who can bring their knowledge and skills to the table from day one.
