Nedbank is hiring an Office Administrator/Personal Assistant for 2024. Administer and support department processes to align with the Group’s strategy and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Level Agreements (SLA): Conduct processing activities within the agreed timelines and parameters to meet SLAs.
  • Risk Management: Ensure accuracy in processing activities to minimize financial and reputational risks.
  • Cost Management: Avoid unnecessary expenditures to minimize operational costs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Respond to and action queries within agreed SLAs to satisfy both internal and external clients.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders, including regulators, to meet Nedbank’s internal and external client service standards.
  • Relationship Management: Understand and meet stakeholder needs through regular interaction and maintaining relationships.
  • Policy Adherence: Check and validate activities according to policies and procedures to minimize risk.
  • Accuracy and Reporting: Ensure accuracy by identifying, recording, and correcting discrepancies promptly. Report exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Legislative Awareness: Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry changes by reading newsletters, websites, and attending sessions.
