Key Responsibilities:
- Service Level Agreements (SLA): Conduct processing activities within the agreed timelines and parameters to meet SLAs.
- Risk Management: Ensure accuracy in processing activities to minimize financial and reputational risks.
- Cost Management: Avoid unnecessary expenditures to minimize operational costs.
- Client Satisfaction: Respond to and action queries within agreed SLAs to satisfy both internal and external clients.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders, including regulators, to meet Nedbank’s internal and external client service standards.
