What We’re Looking For
- Updated CV: Ensure your resume is current and highlights your relevant skills and experiences.
- Educational Background: A minimum qualification of 3 years in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in both front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3) and back-end/server-side technologies (PHP, SQL). Additionally, a solid understanding of computer networking, cybersecurity, and database management systems (MySQL) is essential. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is also required.
- Office Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Learning Mindset: A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Age Requirement: Applicants should be between the ages of 18-35.

As an IT Specialist Learner, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that will provide you with invaluable experience and growth opportunities. Your key duties will include:
- Web Application Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of web applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Database Systems Design: Work on the design and implementation of database systems, optimizing them for performance and reliability.
- Network Troubleshooting: Provide support in identifying and resolving network issues to maintain seamless connectivity and operations.
- Hardware and Software Solutions: Participate in the identification of hardware and software needs, providing solutions to enhance productivity and security.
- Research and Innovation: Conduct research on new technologies, testing and presenting innovative solutions that can be integrated into the company’s operations.
- Technical Support: Offer timely and effective technical support to staff, whether in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop software. This includes setting up systems and resolving technical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Work continuously to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, referring issues to third parties when necessary.
