What is a Learnership?

At Guardrisk, our Learnership program offers you the chance to obtain a nationally recognized qualification in Short Term and Long Term Insurance at NQF Level 4, accredited by INSETA and SAQA. This qualification not only enhances your resume but also opens doors to various career paths within the insurance sector, including roles in Claims and Operations.As part of this program, you will be employed for a period of twelve months, during which you will receive a monthly stipend of R5,500. While completing the Learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, it equips you with invaluable experience and skills that can significantly enhance your employability.
Who Can Apply?
- You must have completed Grade 12 or possess an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- It is necessary to have at least 70% mathematical literacy or 60% pure mathematics.
- You should have achieved at least 65% in English.
- Candidates must not have taken part in any learnerships in the past and must be unemployed at the moment.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a participant in the Learnership program, you will engage in various activities designed to enrich your learning experience:
