Role Purpose:

As a Call Centre Agent, your role will be pivotal in achieving this goal by selling financial solutions that not only bolster financial well-being but also provide peace of mind regarding the future of our clients’ families.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
- Post-matric qualification equivalent to NQF 5.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Sales Call Centre environment.
- Aptitude to become Fit and Proper as per FSCA requirements.
- Cold calling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required if no prior Call Centre experience.
- Fully Fit and Proper as per FSCA requirements (if experienced): RE 5, FSCA recognized qualification with at least 120 FAIS credits, minimum 1 year financial services experience in relevant sub-category, and proof of completed CPD hours.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieving Financial Targets: Proactively strive to meet personal financial targets through effective planning, time management, diligence, and stress management.
- Educational Sessions: Conduct information-sharing sessions on financial planning topics to attract new business and educate potential clients.
- Decision Making: Analyze situations carefully, make clear and thoughtful decisions, and solve problems proactively.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain client relationships by delivering professional and credible Financial Advisory services.
- Product Knowledge: Display exceptional product knowledge and customer-centricity to guide clients through decision-making processes.
- Administrative Tasks: Timely completion of all administrative and reporting duties related to the role.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on financial market trends to propose relevant client solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Planning: Conduct client financial needs analyses and develop customized financial plans to achieve clients’ goals.
- Client Reviews: Regularly review client accounts to assess the need for plan reassessment based on life changes, economic shifts, or financial performance.
