This programme is specifically targeted at South African citizens who are passionate about furthering their careers but are currently unemployed. If you have completed your N6 studies in any of the following fields, this opportunity is for you:
- Financial Management N6
- Business Management N6
- Human Resource Management N6
- Management Assistant N6

Eligibility Criteria
- South African Citizenship: You have to be a citizen of South Africa.
- Unemployment Status: This programme is open to those who are currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other Education or Training Programme.
- WIL Programme Status: Applicants who have not previously participated in a WIL Programme are eligible.
- Age Requirement: You must be under the age of 35.
- Special Needs Applicants: Students with special needs are strongly encouraged to apply, as Majuba TVET College is committed to inclusivity.
- Diploma Status: Students who have already obtained their National Diploma do not qualify for this programme.
- Current Workplace Status: If you have been employed within the last three months without receiving a stipend, you are encouraged to apply.
- Provisional Acceptance: If you have a provisional letter of acceptance from a company, you can apply.
- WIL Database: Students currently listed on the WIL Database must re-apply to be considered.

How to Apply
To apply, you’ll need to prepare a few documents to showcase your qualifications:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Your CV should not exceed two pages and should highlight your educational background, relevant skills, and any experience you may have.
- Certified Copy of Your ID: Ensure that your ID is certified to confirm your identity and citizenship.
- N6 Academic Results: Submit your N6 Academic Results, but please note that the N6 Certificate itself is not required.
Application Submission
Once you’ve gathered your documents, you can submit your application through one of the following methods:
- Email: Send your application to nonjabulo.thwala@majuba.edu.za. Make sure to include all the required documents in your email.
- Hand Delivery: You can also hand-deliver your application to the P&L Unit Office at the Newcastle Training Centre, located at 2 HJ Van Eck Street, Newcastle. This method ensures your documents are received directly and promptly.
Important Dates
- Application Closing Date: The deadline for submissions is 03 September 2024. Please ensure your application is submitted before this date, as late applications will not be considered.
