- Management of Supplier Relationships: Establishing and nurturing constructive relationships with suppliers is crucial. You will serve as the primary contact for payment-related inquiries and will strive to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Cashbook Management: You will manage cashbook payments, making sure they are processed accurately and on time. This involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure that financial records are up-to-date.
- Petty Cash Handling: Managing petty cash involves disbursing funds, reconciling transactions, and replenishing the cash as needed. Accuracy and timeliness are key.
- Payment Preparation: Prepare payment files and provide remittance advice to all creditors. This ensures that all parties involved are informed of payment statuses.
- Handling Supplier Queries: Address any questions or issues that suppliers might have, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
