About the Role
As a Store Support – Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and our customers receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will span various tasks, all aimed at maintaining the high standards of our store environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management and Merchandising:
- Keep our shelves fully stocked with products, displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
- Assist in the regular inventory checks and ensure all products are available and presented attractively.
- Store Maintenance:
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure that our store is always clean, neat, and inviting.
- Ensure that customer areas are well-maintained, fully stocked, and welcoming.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively and provide accurate information.
- Storeroom Management:
- Keep the storeroom organized and tidy.
- Assist with moving and preparing stock for display on the retail floor.
- Customer Service and Sales Support:
- Process customer payments at the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Take responsibility for the cash desk as needed, ensuring accurate handling of transactions.
- Availability:
- Be available to work on weekends when required to meet the needs of our customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused role is essential.
- Driver’s License: While a driver’s license is preferable, it is not mandatory.
