About the Program
Our program provides N6 Business Management graduates with a hands-on learning experience in retail operations, sales, and supervisory roles.
As an intern, you’ll work closely with our operational management team, gaining real-world experience that is crucial for earning your Diploma. This 18-month program is a stepping stone to enhance your skills and build a solid foundation for your career in business management.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: You must have completed your N6 Business Management Certificate from a public TVET college. This educational background is essential as it will prepare you for the practical experience you will gain during the internship.
- Age Requirement: This program is open to South African citizens aged between 18 and 35. We are committed to providing opportunities for young adults to enter the workforce and gain meaningful experience.
- Experience: While no previous work experience is required, having a background in retail or customer service will be considered an advantage. This is because it will help you adapt more quickly to the fast-paced retail environment.
- Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word) is needed. Additionally, you should be comfortable working retail hours, which include weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

Stipend and Benefits
