Job Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing proactive security measures, ensuring compliance with site-specific security requirements, and meeting the client’s needs effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment and Management:
- Continuously evaluate potential risks and threats.
- Provide recommendations to clients on how to mitigate these risks.
- Client and Site Management:
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
- Maintain positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services and the client.
- Conduct regular site patrols to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Team Coordination:
- Ensure timely posting of Security Officers.
- Verify that all Security Officers comply with client-specific contractual requirements.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all levels of personnel.
- Prepare detailed reports as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric certificate.
- Certification: Psira Grade C registration and accreditation.
- Experience: At least 5 years in the security industry, with specific experience in the NKP sector.
- Background Check: No criminal record or pending cases.
- Location: Must reside in or around the Isando area.
