- Mail Collections and Deliveries:
- Collect and deliver mail promptly to various destinations.
- Deposits:
- Make necessary deposits as required by the company.
- Collateral Collections and Deliveries:
- Handle the collection and delivery of display materials.
- Stock Deliveries:
- Deliver stock items to retail locations.
- RGA Collections:
- Collect RGAs (Returned Goods Authorization) from retailers.
- Mail Sorting and Distribution:
- Sort and distribute mail to various brands within the company.
- Gift Transfers:
- Transfer gifts from counter to counter as needed.
- Head Office to Counter Transfers:
- Collect and drop off items from the head office to various counters.
Requirements and Experience:
- Education: Grade 12 (High School Diploma).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in driving and delivery services.
- Skills: Proficient in computer use, particularly Outlook and Excel.

In-Depth Role and Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you will be the linchpin in our logistics and mail management operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include collecting mail from various locations and ensuring it is delivered on time to the correct recipients. This responsibility requires not only punctuality but also meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all items are handled with care and delivered without delay.
Additionally, you will be responsible for making deposits as required. This task demands a high level of trustworthiness and reliability, as you will be handling sensitive and potentially valuable items.
Your role will also involve the collection and delivery of display collateral. This means you will need to coordinate with various departments to ensure that all display materials are delivered to the right place at the right time, supporting our marketing and sales efforts.
Stock deliveries to retailers form another significant part of your duties. This requires a good understanding of our product range and the ability to handle and transport stock efficiently and safely.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for RGA collections from retailers, ensuring that returned goods are collected promptly and handled according to company policies. Sorting and distributing mail for different brands will also be under your purview, requiring careful attention to detail and organization.
When required, you will facilitate gift transfers between counters, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support various company initiatives. Additionally, you will manage collections and drop-offs from the head office to counters, ensuring that all items are delivered accurately and timely.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Grade 12 education and at least 2 years of experience in driving and delivery services. Proficiency in computer use, especially Outlook and Excel, is essential for managing schedules and records efficiently.
