Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background:
- National Diploma / B Tech / B Eng / BSC Eng (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics) – Candidates with these qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.
- 50% in maths, 50% in science, and 40% in English make up NCV Level 4.
- N3 certification with 50% in Mathematics, 50% in Science, and 40% in English, OR

- Additional Requirements:
- Applicants must be South African citizens.
- After completing a recruitment process, chosen individuals will be assigned to different Eskom operating divisions.
