Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background:
    • National Diploma / B Tech / B Eng / BSC Eng (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics) – Candidates with these qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.
    • 50% in maths, 50% in science, and 40% in English make up NCV Level 4.
    • N3 certification with 50% in Mathematics, 50% in Science, and 40% in English, OR
    • 50% in maths, 50% in science, and 40% in English make up NCV Level 4.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Applicants must be South African citizens.
    • After completing a recruitment process, chosen individuals will be assigned to different Eskom operating divisions.
