Key Responsibilities You’ll Be Taking On

1. Customer Satisfaction and Service Monitoring
- Track and follow up on all incoming repair jobs and active RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
- Ensure accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs) are recorded and communicated to customers.
- Update internal systems with current RMA statuses and manage all related documentation.
- Provide consistent, clear communication and feedback to both customers and internal teams.
2. Spare Part Management and Technical Workflow Support
- Ensure all used and defective parts are returned within the required turnaround times.
- Assign spare parts to the correct technicians and track their usage accurately.
3. Administrative Reporting and Data Entry
- Generate daily and weekly RMA reports for management and vendor review.
- Maintain structured and accessible filing systems to support the broader service team.
- Ensure all data entered into systems is accurate, up-to-date, and conforms to Mustek’s quality standards.
4. Interdepartmental Communication
- Work closely with the technical team and other departments to resolve service queries.
- Assist in ensuring Mustek’s high-quality service standards are consistently met.
Qualifications and Experience Needed
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- At least 2 years of experience working within a service-level agreement (SLA) environment
- Prior administrative experience will be an added advantage.
- ITIL Foundation certification is not required but will give your application a competitive edge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
