Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Operations: Safely transport a wide range of items to various locations, ensuring each delivery is made promptly and according to our established routes and schedules.
- Vehicle Management: Load and unload items with care, prepare your delivery vehicle, and conduct regular inspections to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
- Customer Interaction: Provide top-notch customer service at every touchpoint. This includes addressing client inquiries, gathering feedback, and resolving any complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and reports related to your deliveries, ensuring all documentation is completed thoroughly.
- Time Management: Skillfully manage your schedule to guarantee all deliveries are completed on time while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Support Tasks: Assist with picking and packing items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in your workspace, and providing assistance at the front counter when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience and Knowledge:
- An impeccable driving history devoid of any traffic infractions.
- Experience in logistics or a warehouse setting, particularly in an IT distribution environment, will be a plus.
Skills and Education:
- A Matric certificate is required.
- A valid professional driver’s license is essential; a PDP (Professional Driving Permit) is preferred.

- Customer service training or experience, with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all items are delivered accurately and payments are processed correctly.
