Who Should Apply?
You’re the right fit if you:
- Have Matric / Grade 12.
- Are a South African citizen with a clear criminal and credit record.
- Have basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Love interacting with people and have a genuine interest in beauty products.
Bonus skills that give you an edge:
- Any prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales.
- Natural communication and interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Learn & Do
During the learnership, you’ll split your time between learning and working — which means you get real exposure to what a career in beauty retail looks like.
1. Stock Management:
- Check expiry dates, rotate stock, and report damaged or low-stock items.
- Keep storerooms organised and tidy.
- Make sure shelves are fully stocked at all times.
2. Merchandising:
- Create attractive product displays to draw in customers.
- Correctly price and label products.
- Take part in makeovers, cosmetic demonstrations, and promotional events.
3. Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product choices.
- Process transactions at the Cosmetics POS system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
