Clover is recruiting Learners: Customer Service Centre (CSC) to join its Call Centre Learnership Programme based at Constantia Park, Roodepoort. Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a CSC Learner, you will be trained to perform essential call centre and customer service functions, including:
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service to Clover clients
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolving customer queries and complaints through the correct internal channels
- Capturing and confirming customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
- Managing daily call lists and ensuring orders are processed correctly
- Informing customers when accounts are placed on hold
- Confirming orders according to standard operating procedures

- Promoting and selling Clover and Principal products within approved customer ranges
