Job Responsibilities

As a Courier Driver, your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Timely Deliveries and Pick-ups: You will be responsible for delivering packages, products, and parcels to customers, stores, and other service centres. It’s crucial to ensure that all deliveries are accompanied by the correct documentation and stock.
2. Return of Stock: For any undelivered items, incorrect deliveries, or stock that needs to be returned, you will be expected to transport these back to the Service Centre efficiently and securely.
3. Vehicle and Stock Care: You will be entrusted with the company vehicle and stock. It’s your responsibility to ensure the safety and maintenance of both, ensuring that everything is in top condition.
4. Safety Compliance: You must adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures, ensuring the safe transportation of goods and the well-being of everyone on the road.
5. Customer Interaction: As a Courier Driver, you will frequently interact with customers, stores, and service centre staff. It’s essential to engage with a customer-centric attitude, providing a professional and friendly experience during every interaction.
6. Self-Management and Teamwork: Effective self-management, organization, and working well as part of a team are key components of this role. You must also demonstrate emotional resilience and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
