Clover offers a unique Call Centre Learnership program in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. Engage in on-the-job training, academic classes, and gain an NQF qualification.

Clover, a well-respected brand in the dairy and beverage industry, is excited to announce an opportunity for eager and motivated individuals to join our Call Centre Learnership program. This unique learnership will take place at our state-of-the-art Call Centre offices located in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. Successful candidates will engage in both practical on-the-job training and academic classes as part of the program. By the end of the learnership, participants will not only achieve an NQF qualification but will also gain invaluable experience working in a world-class Call Centre environment.

We are particularly interested in applicants from the West Rand and surrounding areas, although this is not a strict requirement. Clover is committed to inclusivity and encourages persons with disabilities to apply for this opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
  • Must have completed Grade 12 / Matric within the past five years (2019 – 2023).
  • Achieved an average of 60% or higher in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
  • Proficient in computer literacy (Advanced level).
  • Currently unemployed.
  • Must not have previously participated in a learnership program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a learner in the Customer Service Centre, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service. Your tasks will include:

  1. Handling Customer Interactions:
    • Manage both inbound and outbound interactions efficiently.
    • Resolve customer queries and complaints by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Order Management:
    • Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and promptly, following the daily call list.
    • Inform customers if their accounts are on hold.
    • Confirm customer orders in line with standard operational procedures.
    • Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding any issues with orders.
  3. Product Sales:
    • Promote and sell Clover and Principal products as per the customer’s needs.
    • Offer new or additional products, highlighting their features and any special offers.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Assist team members in achieving team results.
    • Share responsibility to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
    • Uphold team values and support each other.
    • Participate actively in team meetings.
    • Take responsibility for visual management of information.
