About the Role: Flexi Store Assistant – Sandton City, Gauteng
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll represent a brand built on quality and style, where every interaction matters. Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Control and Accuracy
- Handle all cash desk duties efficiently while ensuring complete accuracy and zero variances.
- Follow all daily banking and reconciliation procedures.
- Manage manual transactions when needed, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
2. Stock Management and Organization
- Assist with daily stock procedures, including receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise.
- Participate in weekly stock counts and ensure all items are accurately tracked.
- Manage storeroom organization and customer orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform shoe pairing and product checks to maintain accuracy and presentation standards.
3. Customer Service and Sales Support
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer service experience that reflects Eden Park’s luxury image.

What You Need to Succeed

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail (luxury fashion preferred)
