What You’ll Do:

As a Call Centre Agent at Auto Pedigree, your mission is to understand and respond to customer needs, aligning their requirements with our exceptional service offerings. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, retaining our loyal customer base, and scaling our reach to new customers. Achieving this will involve converting leads into satisfied customers and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, ensuring alignment with our sales targets.
  • Vehicle Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our vehicle lineup, including their features, capabilities, and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Business Development: Implement strategies to grow our customer base and reach monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Retention: Create and execute plans to retain and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Mobile Displays: Assist in setting up mobile displays to attract potential customers.
  • Test Drives: Facilitate test drives, ensuring all necessary documentation and licenses are collected.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Sales Targets: Commit to achieving sales goals by leveraging your skills and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address priority issues, providing effective solutions while maintaining composure.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle face-to-face interactions, informing clients about finance procedures, responding to needs, soliciting feedback, and following up on inquiries.
  • Brand Promotion: Enhance customer interest in Auto Pedigree’s offerings and promote brand awareness through excellent service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Grade 12/Matric.
  • Advantageous Qualifications: NCA qualification.
  • Driver’s License: Valid Code 8 license.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Industry Knowledge: Relevant industry experience and an understanding of retail compliance are advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of the region’s most spoken languages is a plus.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Auto Pedigree’s products and services is desirable.

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: The role requires working weekends and shifts, with extensive travel (up to 3 weeks per month).
