Why You Should Apply
Successful candidates will be rotated through various departments and areas of their trade, gaining hands-on experience, technical training, and exposure to modern tools and techniques in the industry.
Minimum Requirements to Qualify
- Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science
- Relevant Trade Theory and Technical Drawing (at least 40% in each discipline), or
- N2 Engineering certificate with four relevant subjects
- Medical Fitness:
- You must be medically fit and able to obtain a valid Medical Fitness certificate to work in a mining environment.

During the learnership, your responsibilities and training will focus on two key areas:
