Administrative Officers Positions Available:

  1. Administrative Officer: Accounts Services

    Job Purpose: Provide essential financial administrative support to the Emergency Services Department’s accounts division.
    Key Requirements:
    • Grade 12 with a pass in Accountancy
    • 6–12 months of experience in accounting or finance (preferred but not mandatory)
    • A valid Code B driving license is an advantage
    • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
  2. Administrative Officer: Procurement Administration
    Reference Number: EMSS154-2024
    Job Purpose: Assist with the financial administration required for procurement processes within the department.
    Key Requirements:
    • Grade 12 with a pass in Accountancy
    • 6–12 months of experience in finance or procurement is advantageous

These positions are categorized at Job Level T7, offering a salary range of R239,052 to R332,016 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The estimated total annual package, including benefits and allowances, ranges from R336,203 to R454,528.
