Job Purpose
Purpose of this Learner Programme is to provide qualifying learners with disabilities with meaningful workplace experience over a period of 12 months. Learners will gain exposure to a corporate work environment, develop essential administrative and professional skills, and enhance their employability for future opportunities.
This is a development-focused role, designed to support learning, growth, and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities and Learning Areas
Successful candidates will be exposed to a variety of workplace tasks, which may include:
- Supporting daily administrative and operational activities
- Working with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Assisting with documentation, data capturing, and record keeping
- Communicating professionally with colleagues and supervisors
- Participating in team projects and workplace initiatives
- Managing time effectively to meet deadlines
- Learning to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Developing presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this learner opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Be living with a disability and able to provide a valid Certificate of Disability
- Have basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Be willing to commit to a 12-month contract based in Midrand
