Key Responsibilities
As a Sector Specific Trainee, you will be actively involved in daily terminal operations under supervision.
- Performing daily tasks as specified for assigned equipment
- Handling various commodities in line with daily operational requirements
- Completing logbooks accurately and recording any equipment defects
- Operating data terminals where applicable
- Maintaining clear and effective work-related radio communication
- Monitoring equipment performance during operation to identify potential defects
- Reporting incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions immediately
- Reporting daily operational occurrences to relevant supervisors
- Operating safety equipment when required, including fire extinguishers
- Adhering strictly to terminal safety policies and procedures
- Signing on to the terminal operating system (Navis)
- Following on-screen instructions and directives via Navis
- Acknowledging task completion at the end of each instruction cycle
- Supporting smooth terminal operations through teamwork and discipline

Must-Have Qualifications
